16" x 20" Digital - SOLD
This was the day that my daughter was born. Great Story.
My wife went into labour while having a glass of wine ( as prescribed by her doctor ) during my birthday dinner at Quails' Gate Winery in Kelowna, BC. I had to convince her to rush through the meal in order to get us on our way to the hospital.
When we got to the hospital I randomly parked the 1951 Packard I had at the time at emerg. and walked her up to the baby delivery unit ( pretty sure that is not what it is called ). She was so calm that the nurses did not believe it when she said that she had to start pushing. BTW, my wife is a Certified Hypno-Birthing instructor.
In the end she gave birth to our beautiful daughter in a hospital bed that I helped push to the delivery room. She was still wearing most of her stylish clothes, sans boots; but did manage to get one arm out of her sweater.
